1983:Shaoyang Jianghu Industry Co.,Ltd. Was established in Shaoyang, Hunan Province by Mr.Xie Yi yuan.It was the predecessor of Shanghai Jianghu Titanium White Product Co.,Ltd
1985-1987:Awarded as “Advanced Enterprise of Hunan Province”for three straight years.
1988:Awarded as”Model Tax-payer Enterprise of Hunan Province”
1989:Being led by Mr.Xie Yiyuan, the company was moved to Shanghai from Hunan Province and settled at No.23.1999 Nong,changing Road,Shanghai.
1995:The company was moved into No.420 Tongzhou Road from Changning Road.
1996:Our company contributed RMB200,000 for the relief of the people in the flood disaster areas.
1998:Awarded as “Well-known Enterprise both Home and Abroad”
1999:As the scale of the enterprise had been enlarged continually, and the joint of Taiwan Yuegang Industry Co.,Ltd. as a partner, we established a joint venture Shanghai Jianghu Titanium White Product Co.,Ltd.
1999:Bought house property with RMB30,000,000 at No.178 HaiLun Road in the downtown area and moved into it from Tongzhou Road. The enterprise had 3,200 M2 house of its own, 1,200 M2 house for office and 2,000 M2 for the dwelling of our staff. The company’s Exporting Base of 15,000 M2 was accomplished.
1999:Our enterprise was misunderstand some department and was sued for a so-called trademark tort. Meanwhile a few persons subjected us to every kind of defiling in TV and newspapers. Then our product samples were sent to japan for analysis and tests. The results showed that there is no difference between the quality specification of them and that of the same kind of Japanese prodicts. In the end,Shanghai No.1 Intermediate People’s Court repealed the judgement of the first trial and returned justice for Jianghu Company. Some counterfeits producers and sellers and a few people of the same trade, defiled our products up to now. But these defiling is of nonsense and useless, and hurts us none. One old customers, who have bought our products for years, fully known and trust us and the quality of our products.They recommend our products to new customers. 2000:The manufacture of food and Medicine Grade Titanium Dioxide. Its specification is better than that of the Chinese Pharmacopoeia and approaches that of the USP. This product fills a gap in Chinese industry of titanium dioxide of food and medicine grade.
2001:Passed the ISO9002:1994 certification; The Imp-Exp department was formally set up, and the company began to do Imp-Exp business directly ,and warmly welcome people worldwide to discuss and cooperate and develop together.
2002:Awarded as “Model Company Abiding by Contracts and Keeping Credit” by Shanghai Administration of Industry and commerce.
2003:Passed the ISO9001:2000-SGS certification. The good behavior and operation of our company was televised by CCTV and HNTV, and was broadcasted by many other mediums.
2004:Awarded as “Model Company Abiding by Contracts and Keeping Credit” by Shanghai Administration of Industry and commerce.
2005:Passed the HACCP certification and FDA registration.
2005: In order to meet the growing national need for environmental protection, in February 2005，Shanghai Jianghu Industry Co., Ltd. invested and formed Shanghai Green Grass Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd. based on the original "Department of Purifying Agent Project".
CCTV, Hunan TV and each other media have repeatedly reported our company's outstanding stories.
In 2006, purchased 30 acres of rural land in QingcunTown in Fengxian District and reconstructed the factory base.
In 2007, built out and maintain a 12,000 square meters plant in the base in Fengxian District.
In 2008, invested 38 million yuan, established projects, such as a food-grade titanium dioxide workshop, active industrial grade titanium dioxide workshop, slurry titanium dioxide workshop,
cosmetic grade titanium dioxide workshop, calcium hydroxide workshop, aluminum hydroxide, etc.. By the end of December, HuacaoTown base in Minhang District were all moved into Fengxian base. Year 2008 is the twenty-fifth anniversary of establishment of Jiang Hu Co., the company had celebration activity on memorial day, the founder of the company, Xie Yiyuan made the technology related speech for craft brothers.
In 2009, from year-end of 2008 to early 2009, during the international financial turmoil, the company lost about 15 million yuan, but we did not lay off any staff.
We will promote new products like cosmetic grade titanium dioxide, nano make-up slurry titanium dioxide and red yellow black titanium dioxide which were developed from 2007 to 2008 to the market.
